You're probably wondering why we don't have tiny home floor plans on our website?

The reason is simple. In our opinion, there isn't a standard tiny house floor plan that works for all the people, all the time. And we don't want our clients to sacrifice their vision by handing them a floor plan drawn for someone else.

So we decided to do things differently and build tiny homes that meet the unique needs of each client. 100% custom, 100% of the time.

How do we accomplish this? Before any design work is done, before any nails are hammered, we get to know our potential clients and the setting of their tiny home.

Rarely cook at home? We won't dedicate a deluxe space for the kitchen in your tiny house if it's hardly ever used. And the magnificent view that made you fall in love with your property in the first place? We can design and place your windows to capitalize on it from the start. No expensive change orders trying to rearrange an existing floor plan for a subpar result.

Here is what to expect when working with No Boundaries Tiny Homes on designing your tiny home floor plan prior to the build.

Upon your initial inquiry, we'll have a few quick questions before scheduling a meeting either in person or by phone or Zoom. If our meeting results in wanting to continue our conversation, we'll get you access to our tiny "homework" questions.

Tiny "Homework" Questions

Login to our custom No Boundaries app and complete our tiny "homework" questions (nothing too difficult, we promise.). These questions allow us to learn more specific information about your needs, your tiny house vision and any special requests or expectations for your project.

We Meet Again!

No Boundaries Tiny Homes will schedule another meeting with you to review your tiny "homework" questions. We'll present our ideas and feedback on your tiny house project. If your tiny home will be located somewhat near us in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, we may just invite ourselves to visit to the site.

Tiny Home Design Begins

By now we've all gotten to know each other and are either feeling the love, or something feels off. If we all decide to move forward, that means we're ready to start drawing. A non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00* allows us to devote the many hours necessary to complete a virtual representation of your tiny house.

*This fee is applied towards the total cost of your tiny home build should we partner on your project.

Design Approval, Final Pricing & Contract

It will undoubtedly take a few additional meetings to approve your tiny home design and layout. Upon design approval, we will have a total price for your project , provide a contract for the build and look forward to getting started!
